Finished in rum casks. From the elegant aroma to the pronounced ripe fruitiness of apricot and orange, the grain character is well-defined. There were also hints of raw wooden aromas likely originating from the casks before finishing. When tasted, the balance between sweetness, acidity, and oak tannins is well-maintained, offering a harmonious flavor profile with ample grain sweetness.
