Upon drinking, it expands from a smooth mouthfeel into flavors of pear, peach, gentle sweetness, and slightly meaty nuances, with a rich finish that lingers long. 【Good/Very Good】 This is believed to be a Springbank 15 Year Old official bottle from the 1980s. It has a characteristic elegant aroma with hints of freeze-dried strawberries and a subtle jam-like quality. There are also floral notes, a hay-like plantiness, and a rounded barley character. Upon tasting, it felt softer than the strawberry notes, with fruitiness from white peach and pear, as well as a slight meaty depth reminiscent of sherry casks, adding thickness to the profile. While there was a slight contrast between the aroma and flavor's fruity characteristics, it remained true to its Springbank identity and was a delicious whisky overall.
