When drinking it, as expected from a concentrated sherry cask, it transitions into a smooth mouthfeel with a viscous texture, showing an aromatic spread. There is a jam-like sweetness and body, the woody note and its tannins are quite strong, coating the mouth, but not a bitter taste, rather creating a rich and thick body.
