Bottle #マッカラン(MACALLAN)
An elegant noble aroma. MACALLAN MACALLAN 1963 OB 43% The aroma is a pleasant old sherry, plum and apricot jam, premium chocolate and caramel, noble and comfortable woodiness. When you drink it, the elegant and intoxicating sherry sensation spreads from a velvety smooth mouthfeel, with rich fruitiness with a hint of juice, refined bitterness and acidity, old wooden notes, and a rich and pleasant aftertaste. [Very Good/Excellent] Official MACALLAN, 1963 vintage. As expected from an official MACALLAN of the 1960s, it has an intoxicating old sherry character. The refined and balanced flavor spreads from a velvety smooth mouthfeel, which is very attractive. From the first aroma to the last taste, there was a dreamy intoxication. Rather than commenting on each element, it has the elegance and smoothness that encompass the whole, as befitting this era's MACALLAN, giving a sense of refined elegance that is unmatched by others. It is truly the Rolls-Royce of single malts. This bottle was opened to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Walku Hall in Kodama, Takada. Congratulations to Mr. Terai! Looking forward to the 20th anniversary as well. #MACALLAN (MACALLAN)
