Glenugie 1968 GM 80s Bottling

Glenugie GLENUGIE 1968 GM 43% 80s Bottling
Bottle #グレンアギー(GLENUGIE)
Natural and intense tropical flavor was amazing. Glenugie GLENUGIE 1968 GM 43% 80s Bottling Aroma has good old character, very strong fruitiness with overripe pineapple, apricot, plum, and grainy notes reminiscent of Irish pure pot still whisky, along with strong oiliness. Smooth mouthfeel with a rich, velvety viscosity. Pronounced natural tropical pineapple characteristics, noble sherry notes, concentrated fruity sweetness with balanced tannic astringency. Oily and rich finish with long lingering aftertaste. 【Very Good】 This is Glenugie 1968 bottled by GM in the 1980s. I also received a small sample bottle from senior whisky drinkers alongside Samaroli's Longmoon. The condition shows excellent old character, with a full-bodied mature fruitiness containing strong tropical notes. The oiliness and tropical characteristics share commonalities with Irish pure pot still whisky, but the overall natural profile without chemical elements truly exemplifies 1960s Glenugie.
