Glen Keith 1969 12yo Samaroli 'The Never Bottled Top Quality Whisky Series'

Glen Keith GLENKEITH 1969 12yo SAMAROLI 'THE NEVER BOTTLED TOP QUALITY WHISKY SERIES' 46% one of 300 bottles
Bottle #グレンキース(GLENKEITH)
The character of Glen Keith from the 60s was felt even in short maturation. Glen Keith GLENKEITH 1969 12yo SAMAROLI 'THE NEVER BOTTLED TOP QUALITY WHISKY SERIES' 46% one of 300 bottles The aroma had a moderate old feel, strong cedar woodiness, cinnamon, heated apple, honey, rich, and when drinking it had cinnamon apple tea, cedar woodiness, soft honey sweetness. Not complex but had a clean finish. [Good/Very Good] From Samaroli's 'The Never Bottled Top Quality Whisky Series' said to have been bottled in the early 1980s, this is Glen Keith 1969, 12 years maturation. I think the character of this era's Glen Keith, the cedar-like woodiness and nuances of heated apple, was clearly present in this bottle's aroma. And when drinking it, the same cedar and apple character was joined by a cinnamon-like quality. While not extremely complex, it was enjoyable for its individuality and clean flavor. This bottle was received as a gift when the 16th anniversary of Urakucho Campbelltown Loch was held. This year marked the first time since the 10th anniversary commemoration that Samaroli had a collective opening, but as usual it sold out quickly. #Glen Keith (GLENKEITH)
