[Very Good] From Douglas Laing's Old & Rare collection, GlenDullan 1969, aged for 34 years. Although the label states it was distilled in 1966, this does not match the aging duration. In reality, it was distilled in 1969. The aroma features barley and cinnamon, with a gradually increasing peach-like quality. As usual, there is a distinct sense of aging that Old & Rare is known for. When tasted, it starts with a smooth mouthfeel full of aging complexity and expands into an aromatic richness. The barley's umami, peach, and pear notes with a matured fruity character are beautifully combined. Despite the alcohol content, it has sufficient body and presence.
