A beautifully drinkable diluted sherry cask GlenDronach. GlenDronach GLENDRONACH 1970 18yo PRESTONFIELD #542-558 43% The aroma is strong and noble sherry, berry jam, dripping grape juice, caramel, black sugar, mitarashi, good earthiness. When drinking, it starts with a smooth mouthfeel and expands into a noble sherry, with an intoxicating sensation. Grape juice and its sweetness, good woody tannins, excellent balance for a smooth experience, an enchanting drinking feel. The aftertaste has a faint peat. 【Very Good】 The GlenDronach 1970 from Prestonfield, aged for 18 years. It is a water-added type with a considerable number of bottles. The cask supplier might be Signature. The aroma starts with a noble sherry feel, and among the various components associated with it, what stood out was the fresh grape juice sensation. When drinking, there is a rich expansion, but above all, it is extremely smooth from the first sip to the end. The balance between the sweet juice-like flavor and tannins is superb, with a sense of concentration yet no rough edges, providing the ultimate drinking experience. I can truly appreciate the excellence of this water-added bottling. This bottle was received as a gift for the 8th anniversary of Walko Hall in Takadanobaba. #GlenDronach (GLENDRONACH)
