Oban 1972 20 Year Old Sestante

Oban OBAN 1972 20yo Sestante 40%
Bottle #オーバン(OBAN)
Sestante watered-down Oban, I wish I had encountered it a bit earlier. Oban OBAN 1972 20yo Sestante 40% The aroma has a slightly strong old-fashioned feel, with plums, dried orange peel, black tea, old pine resin or tree sap, a gentle grainy note. When drinking it, the mouthfeel is smooth, with an old-fashioned character, not very strong viscosity. It has a matured orange flavor, a rich sweetness of slightly diluted apricot jam, old tea, and a slightly spicy, pleasant aftertaste. 【Good/Very Good】 Sestante is a watered-down Oban 1972, aged for 20 years by Crest Traveler. Due to being a watered-down old whisky, it gives off a slightly stronger old-fashioned feel. However, the fruity notes with aged nuances and tea-like nuances are not bad. Considering it's a 40% watered-down old whisky, it has a good spicy flavor and body. There was a slight feeling that it's past its peak, so I wish I had tried it about 10 years earlier.
