Bottle #ロングモーン(LONGMORN)
As expected, it's delicious with a wonderful sense of intoxication. Longmorn 1972 30 Year Old Kingsbury Celtic Labels #1100 50.2% One of 312 bottles, Sherry Cask The aroma has a strong fruity sensation including tropical fruits, prunes, dried fruits, grape juice with skin, caramel and coffee, with rich notes of old peat from the depths. When drinking, it spreads in a full-bodied manner, with concentrated fruits similar to the aroma, concentrated grape juice with skin, rich sweetness and tannins, a faint earthy quality of leaf mold and peat, leather, with a long-lasting intoxicating finish. [Very Good/Excellent] This is Longmorn 1972, 30 years old from the Kingsbury Celtic Label. While there were some tannic elements, the intense fruity sensation with juice-like qualities was felt to be extremely concentrated in both aroma and flavor. The earthy elements, leather-like texture, and subtle peat nuances greatly deepened the taste, creating an intoxicating experience. This is a malt that strongly showcases both Longmorn's original spirit characteristics and the high-quality old sherry elements, appearing to have become more cohesive through aging. When it comes to Sherry from 1972, older examples like Intertwined are classic, while more recent ones such as Three Rivers' Life Series stand out significantly. Although the cask here is slightly tight, I felt a similar charm to that system in this Celtic Label. #Longmorn (LONGMORN)
