Following the recent Dufftown release, this is Dalmore 1976, aged 37 years. The aroma is elegant and slightly estery, with a sense of maturation from the start, offering a diverse fruity character reminiscent of fruit cake, along with elements of cream and vanilla. The grain notes are also present, accompanied by a sweet oily texture. When tasted, the same sense of maturation is clearly felt, with nuances such as green apple and mint emerging. The bottle offers a pleasant sense of maturation that lingers on the palate for a long finish.
