Bottle #クレイゲラキ(CRAIGELLACHIE)
As expected, it was a strong and favorite flavor. Craigeillachie CRAIGELLACHIE 1982-2003 OB for CRAIGELLACHIE HOTEL #1416 57.7% One of 474 bottles The aroma is plain but powerful, with a refined and savory strong malt, faint apricot jam, apple, ginger, nuts, and pepper. When drinking it, it's spicy and sharp, with a clean and clear flavor, a strong malty sweetness and umami, and a spicy yet beautiful finish. [Very Good] Craigeillachie Hotel bottled this Craigeillachie 1982 in 2003, aged for about 21 years. The flavor is not too strong but natural with a subtle aging character, and the malt's umami comes forward in the aroma. The fruitiness is not very prominent, it's spicy and plain but has a flavor that doesn't get boring, making it easy to drink endlessly. It's somewhat different from the recently highly praised waxy and fruity types, but I do prefer this kind of Craigeillachie. It was already a favorite bottle, and since I stayed at the Craigeillachie Hotel for two nights last year, my affection for it has only grown more. #Craigeillachie (CRAIGELLACHIE)
