A gentle sherry finish Rosebank. Rosebank ROSEBANK 1990-2008 18yo Dun Bheagan #611 48% One of 618 bottles, Sherry Butt The aroma has a moderate sherry character with sweetness, plum jam, milk chocolate, and strong wafer notes. When drinking it has a smooth mouthfeel, similar to the aroma with jam and milk chocolate, a solid sweetness, a faint tannic note, and a calm, warm finish that is not too long. [Good/Very Good] This Rosebank 1990, aged for 18 years, was released by Dun Bheagan in 2008. It has a moderately gentle sherry character that covers the overall impression, with sweet nuances of jam and milk chocolate in the aroma, as well as a wheat-like note reminiscent of wafer. When drinking it also has the same gentle sherry sweetness as the aroma, with a solid sweetness but also a faint tannic note that prevents it from being monotonous. It is not a diverse or deep type, but it's a malt that can be enjoyed with a warm sweetness. #Rosebank (ROSEBANK)
