On the palate: orange liqueur, subtle pineapple, butterscotch, custard, a rich sweetness, a pleasant malty umami, and a light oak tannin to balance. Glen Keith from the 1992 vintage appears frequently with various bottlers, and many of them have been similarly aged in bourbon barrels, producing high-quality results. This malt also feels like a good bourbon barrel-aged Glen Keith in the same vein as previous ones I've tasted, but it left a stronger impression with its matured and diverse fruit nuances in both aroma and flavor, as well as superior richness and depth compared to previous releases.
