BOWMORE BOWMORE 1993-2004 WILSON & MORGAN EXTRA STRENGTH 50%
Bottle #ボウモア(BOWMORE)
High-proof diluted Bowmore 1993, bursting with tropical fruits as expected. BOWMORE BOWMORE 1993-2004 WILSON & MORGAN EXTRA STRENGTH 50% The aroma is elegant, featuring passion fruit, grapefruit and its white flesh, natural peach or pear, good barley notes, and a solid peat with some iodine. When drinking, the tropical sensation similar to the aroma is present alongside a variety of fruits with juice-like qualities, creating an intoxicating experience. It has juicy, rich sweetness, a moist and strong peat character, and a long-lasting body with some depth in the finish. 【Very Good】 The Bowmore 1993 bottled by Wilson & Morgan in 2004, aged for approximately 11 years. This was a release from the early days when Bowmore 1993 wasn't yet famous, bottled at a slightly higher strength of 50%. The tropical sensation reminiscent of passion fruit, characteristic of 1993 Bowmore, was strongly present in both aroma and flavor, with a notable juice-like quality. Perhaps due to its higher proof, the peat and body were also well-defined. Due to aging after bottling, it has a refined flavor while maintaining its rich taste, allowing for stress-free enjoyment of its concentrated flavors. I believe this bottle has been consumed quite a few times, but among Bowmore 1993 releases, it ranks as one of my personal favorites.
