A clean MACALLAN not from sherry casks. MACALLAN MACALLAN 1994-2014 GM "SPEYMALT" 43% The aroma is strong with orange oil, faint peach, vanilla, oak, and a good barley note from the depth. Upon drinking, it has ripe orange, slightly spicy but no immature sensation, a faint honey sweetness, and rich oak that tightens the flavor. A pleasant aftertaste without any bitterness. 【Good/Very Good】 GM, Speymalt-labeled MACALLAN 1994, bottled last year with approximately 20 years of aging. Unlike the official release, this MACALLAN does not prominently feature sherry characteristics. It gives an impression of having aged for about 20 years in casks without harshness. The balance is good with a relatively clean aroma, and the moderate oak deepens the flavor while tightening it. I think this is a well-crafted water-added bottling. #MACALLAN (MACALLAN)
