It had a slightly immature feel, but the house style was also present. Aberfeldy ABERFELDY 1998-2013 15yo A.D.RATTRAY #2405 60.3%, one of 260 bottles, BOURBON HOGSHEAD The aroma is somewhat complex with a strong young barley, sweet honey, vanilla, intense orange. When drinking it, the stimulation gradually intensifies, with a rich honey sweetness, orange, young barley notes, some woody oak and tannin, as well as a slightly younger alcohol feel. The honey lingers for a long time in the aftertaste. 【Good】 This is Aberfeldy 1998, aged for 15 years from Dewar's Rattray. The aroma is slightly heavy and mellow, a bit monotonous but with rich orange notes, young barley character, and the expected honey-like sweetness. When drinking it, there is a slight woody oak nuance and an alcohol feel, but the rich sweetness of orange and honey is a good impression. There was some residual immaturity, with hints of new cask woodiness, but the honey-like house style was present in both aroma and flavor.
