On the palate, it starts with a smooth mouthfeel that expands into a fragrant and rich flavor, with viscosity, apricot jam, tree sap, a sweet depth, moderate woodiness, and a sweetly rich finish. [Good/Very Good] This is the second release from The Whisky Exchange's new series, Time Series. The Benrinnes 20 Year Old has the elegance typical of Speyside, but also features a sense of weight with concentrated fruits and woodiness. It offers a good sweet viscosity when drunk.
