Bottle #スキャパ(SCAPA)
This was a rare Scapa with strong sherry characteristics. Scapa SCAPA 2006-2017 10yo OB THE DISTILLERY Reserve Collection #2173 59.2% One of 888 bottles, 1st Fill Sherry Butt The aroma is strong sherry, coffee, dried fruits such as raisins and dates, black sugar candy, toasted barley, and a solid woody character. When you drink it, it is rich and stimulating, with the sweetness of dried fruits and black sugar, a solid woody character and herbs, its tannic bitterness and subtle astringency, and a rich, sweet long finish. [Good/Very Good] Scapa 2006, official single cask 10 year old matured at cask strength. This bottle can only be obtained by visiting the Scapa Distillery on the Orkney Island. From the start, it has a very strong sherry character with intense sweetness of concentrated fruits and black sugar, and you can clearly feel the woody character and tannins. You hardly sense the original spirit's personality, but it is a bottle where the cask dominates. However, I can understand why they released this rare Scapa as a distillery exclusive. #Scapa (SCAPA)
