New Release: Oban 21 Year Old Official Limited Edition

Oban OBAN 21yo OB LIMITED EDITION 58.5%, one of 2860 bottles
Bottle #オーバン(OBAN)
A bottle that gives the feeling of aging for over 21 years. Oban OBAN 21yo OB LIMITED EDITION 58.5% one of 2860 bottles The aroma is floral and strong, with notes of ripe plums, orange marmalade, vanilla, coconut, caramel, wax, and estery, but not overly refined, with a touch of rustic character. When tasted, it offers a rich sweetness reminiscent of fruit jam and caramel, with plums, pineapple, good woodiness and tannins, slightly rich, medium-bodied, with a pleasant finish. [Good/Very Good] Newly released by the official Oban 21 Year Old, Limited Edition. At 21 years old, it has a very estery and diverse range of fruity aromas. However, I also felt that there's a subtle rustic or unrefined character hidden within, which feels very Oban-like. When tasted, it offers a sweet nuance reminiscent of fruit jam and caramel sauce, while the woodiness is slightly more pronounced than the aroma, adding depth to the flavor. Oban typically doesn't release official bottlings other than their standard 14 Year Old, so this is a very rare release. And the content was also very good. #Oban (OBAN)
