Glengrant 25 Year Old George Strachan

Glengrant GLENGRANT 25yo George Strachan 40% Circulated in the 1970s
Bottle #グレングラント(GLENGRANT)
This time, I enjoyed it with good condition and delicious flavor. Glengrant GLENGRANT 25yo George Strachan 40% Circulated in the 1970s The aroma has an old, dried character with ripe orange, apricot, peach, black tea, richness, dry leaves, brown sugar, and a hint of barley. It's complex with a smooth mouthfeel, light pear, strong orange tea, light caramel, honey, rich sweetness, gentle barley with umami, and a long finish. [Good/Very Good] This is Glengrant 25 Year Old bottled by George Strachan. It seems to be a bottling from the 1970s, so the distillation must be quite old. The aroma has a good old character with a variety of ripe fruits, brown sugar, and barley notes, giving it a rich impression. When drinking it, the old character is present throughout, but there's also a complex fruitiness with rich sweetness and barley umami. Despite its alcohol content, the finish is long. The last time I drank from the same bottle, the old character was strong and the flavor slightly faded, giving it a less favorable impression. However, this one is a complex and delicious old bottle.
