As expected, the official bottling has a good long-matured sherry character. BUNNAHABHAIN 34yo OB 43.5% one of 1620 bottles, early 2000s bottling The aroma has a very good sherry character with mixed dried fruits, berry jam, clove, herbs, tree sap, earthiness, richness. Upon drinking, it starts with a smooth mouthfeel and expands gently, with grape and berry juice sensations, a concentrated sweetness, and a subtle tannic bitterness with a quaint rustic edge. The body isn't overly thick but leaves a pleasant sherry finish. 【Very Good】 This is an official BUNNAHABHAIN 34 year old bottling from the early 2000s. Although the alcohol strength is low, it feels like a long-matured cask strength. The aroma has a good old sherry character, with rich fruits, spices, herbs, and an earthy complexity. Overall, it feels rich. When drinking, the impression is more about juicy fruits than the aroma, with a concentrated sweetness. There's good woodiness and accompanying tannic bitterness, as well as the quaint rustic charm and subtle astringency typical of BUNNAHABHAIN, which doesn't feel negative. As expected from an official bottling, the sherry characteristics are precisely balanced, making for a pleasant drinking experience with BUNNAHABHAIN. #BUNNAHABHAIN (BUNNAHABHAIN)
