When drinking, it has a well-balanced water addition, no roughness, chewy texture, and some rustic barley umami and good roughness, making it quite complex. The acidity reminiscent of strawberry daifuku is also impressive, and from the latter half to the finish, the peat feels stronger than the aroma. Although it has a special organic barley specification, I thought it might have an unusual taste, but it felt like a relatively recent carefully made Springbank with some rustic and rough characteristics. Due to water addition, it already has a good finish at this stage, but I think with more time, the integration will improve, and the rusticness will fade, turning into a more fruity elegance.
