It also has a slight herbal grassy bitterness, with a creamy, milky texture that is slightly spicy. The finish is sweet and long-lasting. The nuances of sherry casks envelop the entire profile, with a strong sense of jammy fruits, grape skins, milk chocolate, and a creamy nuance reminiscent of Edradour's signature coffee fresh. Upon drinking, the mouthfeel is soft and viscous, with a rich sweetness that isn't overly heavy, balanced by the tannic bitterness of grape skins.
