Dalmore DALMORE 1960 25yo Official Bottling Limited Edition 43% Aroma: Noble nuances, good sherry, milk chocolate, orange, plum, faint herbs and mint, caramelized nuts, good barley notes, faint mint. Palate: Smooth mouthfeel, noble sherry, grape juice, mint chocolate, rich sweetness with tannic astringency, long luxurious finish. [Very Good] Dalmore 1960, 25-year-old matured. An official bottling with White & MacKay labeling. While no details are provided, it is believed to be primarily sherry cask matured. As expected for a 1960 vintage, noble nuances were present in both aroma and flavor. However, it is not dominated by sherry; rather, it offers a diverse range of flavors. It possesses the depth and balance characteristic of an official long-matured bottling, with a refined presence. Despite having been bottled some time ago, no signs of deterioration were detected. This bottle was obtained from IAN at Mitsukoshi-Mae.
