Firstly, due to the lack of strong cask influence, despite having been bottled for about 30 years, the old feeling in the aroma is faint, and I was surprised that there were no signs of deterioration. The refined rustic barley note is impressive, with floral and fruity elements surrounding it. When drinking, the texture feels like it seeps into the tongue, giving a sense of aging. Similar to the aroma, the rustic barley note is strong, and its deliciousness can be savored slowly. Although there's a refined feel, the old feeling isn't very strong.
