Longmorn LONGMORN 1969-2001 32yo COOPERS CHOICE 56% Sherry Cask
Bottle #ロングモーン(LONGMORN)
A very good example of a well-balanced Sherry cask matured Longmorn without excessive aging. Longmorn LONGMORN 1969-2001 32yo COOPERS CHOICE 56% Sherry Cask The aroma is strong Sherry, berry jam, grape skin, bitter chocolate, black sugar, caramel sauce, rich and complex. Upon drinking, it spreads smoothly with a full-bodied flavor of berry jam and light grape juice, a thick sweet taste, good acidity, and a strong woody bitterness that deepens the flavor. The finish is rich and long-lasting. 【Very Good】 The Longmorn 1969 Coopers Choice, matured for 32 years. Although the color suggests a Sherry cask, the aroma immediately conveys the essence of a fine old Sherry. This era's Longmorn has the characteristic grape-like notes reminiscent of giant grapes, but with a stronger nuance of grape skins. Upon tasting, it's undeniably the rich, full-bodied flavor of a cask-strength Sherry matured Longmorn, with fruity juice notes, a jammy sweetness, woody depth, and tannins that combine into an exceptionally rich and flavorful Longmorn. While the super long-aged Celtic from GM is also delicious, it's hard not to prefer those without excessive aging. #Longmorn (LONGMORN)
