It has viscosity, concentration, a strong sweet taste of apricot jam, a well-balanced acidity, and the savory grain flavor slowly spreads. Long finish. 【Very Good】 From GM's Cask series, this Strathisla was distilled in 1972 and aged for 21 years, with three casks being blended. The aroma is strong and seductive, with nuances of jam and ripe fruits, as well as notes reminiscent of orange liqueur and black tea, giving a deep impression. Additionally, there was a savory grain quality. When tasted, it is quite high proof but lacks harshness and feels smooth, expanding into an aromatic richness. It has a concentrated viscosity with a fruity, strong sweet flavor and the savory grain taste gradually emerges, making it quite delicious. Although there is a substantial body thickness due to its high alcohol content, the alcohol sensation feels rounded, leaving only the good aspects of a high-proof whisky.
