From the first aroma, youthful fresh barley notes and lemongrass were prominent, along with floral nuances. Upon tasting, despite its high alcohol content, it had a smooth mouthfeel that expanded strongly, with the same fresh and refreshing lemon and barley notes taking center stage. Particularly notable was the savory depth of the barley, which left a favorable impression. A strong briny character was also present, with a subtle peat note at the finish. Though the maturation period was short, complexity was not overwhelming. Overall, it felt fresh and clear with a solid barley sweetness, making it enjoyable.
