It initially presented a stronger sherry character with some seasoning notes, but over time it has mellowed. Tasting within a week of opening shows a well-developed sherry character and complex aromas. Particularly notable are the fruity notes of berry jam and overripe melon, alongside a strong yet balanced peat presence. Not only is it delicious, but the diverse aromas are also enjoyable. It's rich yet doesn't cause fatigue, making it highly impressive.
