This is a joint bottling with ARen Trading from Taiwan. GlenSpey is not a major distillery, and when it comes to long-aged malts from The Whisky Agency, I often think of highly estery and fruity expressions that dominate the lineup. However, this bottle lacks a thick body but has a higher alcohol content and a somewhat rustic character, making it quite different from the typical profile I expected.
