The finish is long and peaty. 【Good/Very Good】 This Jura 1989 was bottled by Signatory for the Limburg Whisky Fair, and is a sister cask to the watered-down type we introduced earlier. The aroma evokes fruity notes reminiscent of apple pie with a hint of peat, and upon drinking it is more peaty than expected, with some tropical sensations. While delicious, it had a slightly rustic impression and lacked cohesion. If drinking now, the watered-down type offers better overall harmony and a more favorable impression.
