The aroma had floral elements and a refreshing citrus nuance, along with a malty character reminiscent of ginger. Despite these characteristics, it felt like the 25-year maturation wasn't immediately apparent. However, upon tasting, it revealed a robust malt with a solid base of barley umami and pleasant oak nuances. The malty richness and oakiness were impressive, with a firm flavor that didn't leave any unpleasant lingering notes, maintaining cleanliness all the way to the finish. I felt there was a gap between the aroma and flavor, but such unexpected characteristics are enjoyable and provide good experience.
