Bruichladdich BRUICHLADDICH 1992-2013 21yo ACORN'S #3812 57.0%
Bottle #ブルイックラディ(BRUICHLADDICH)
Regardless of its character, it was a clean and well-crafted malt. Bruichladdich BRUICHLADDICH 1992-2013 21yo ACORN'S #3812 57.0% The aroma features orange, a touch of cream, vanilla, a fairly strong yet rustic barley note, nuts, rich and good oak. Upon drinking, it gradually becomes spicy with a creamy orange sweetness, coconut, umami from barley, and the rich tannins from oak deepen the flavor. It has a slightly oily and long-lasting finish. 【Good/Very Good】 This Bruichladdich 1992, 21-year-old cask was released by Acorn's last year. The acorn label has always been a favorite for its rustic charm, having gone through periods of unconventional colors like emerald green, and now it seems to have settled into a more sophisticated look. (smile) A pleasant orange-like nuance with a touch of creaminess, and the barley note is well-defined without being harsh. I believe it was aged in a bourbon barrel, but the influence of the cask is well-balanced, adding a good oak tannin without being overpowering. The finish had a subtle oily sensation without any mechanical oil-like nuances. This bottle was talked about among my acquaintances at the time of release, and I had high expectations. The final product did not disappoint. #Bruichladdich (BRUICHLADDICH)
