The woodiness remains slightly raw, with a long finish. 【Good/Very Good】 An official bottling of GlenGoyne, a 15-year-old single cask distilled in 1995. It's a Sherry Hogshead made from European Oak. From the start, there is a strong aroma of Sherry, and elements reminiscent of a bold Sherry-style malt such as chocolate and intense dry fruits are prominent. When drinking, the rich Sherry character spreads aromatically, offering a deep flavor with intense sweetness and tannic astringency.
