Bottle #スプリングバンク(SPRINGBANK)
It had the classic Bank style that feels exactly right. Springbank Springbank 20 Year Old Wilson & Morgan 46% 1990s Bottling The aroma is lavish and rich, with gentle strawberry jam, a touch of pear, a creamy and fruity dessert paired with tea, offering an intoxicating sensation. Upon drinking, it starts with a soft mouthfeel that expands into the same strawberry jam and cream as the aroma, along with tea notes. A rich, pleasant sweetness lingers with gentle tannins. This is a Springbank 20 Year Old bottled by Wilson & Morgan in the 1990s. While the exact details are unclear, it's estimated to be from a distillation prior to the 1970s. It receives a gentle influence from good sherry casks, with a pleasant variety of fruity notes including the characteristic strawberry jam-like quality. This combines with creaminess to evoke a dessert-like sensation, further complemented by tea-like nuances for a unique intoxicating feel. When tasted, the soft mouthfeel expands with the influence of water and aging, revealing the same pleasant fruity notes, creaminess, and tea elements as the aroma. The concentrated fruity sweetness has depth, with subtle tannins enhancing the flavor complexity. While recent Springbank releases are also delicious, the intoxicating quality of older bottles is truly exceptional. Springbank continues its traditional methods to this day, and one can only hope that current releases might develop into a similarly rich flavor profile with time. #Springbank (SPRINGBANK)
