When drinking, it's surprisingly not very strong and spreads gradually, with the sweetness of thick honey and orange marmalade, a slight greenness, and mild tannins from oak deepen the flavor. [Good/Very Good] This is a single cask bottled at Aberfeldy Distillery, which is cask #21528. There's no mention, but it seems to be a bourbon cask. Firstly, despite being distilled in 2001, the aroma strongly conveys the honey scent of Aberfeldy, which surprised me. It's not complex, but the greenness is almost negligible. When drinking, there are slightly immature nuances, but the sweetness of thick honey remains intact, resulting in a finish that more than compensates for its youth.
