Upon drinking, it's surprisingly smooth with ripe oranges, coconut, savory barley notes, a subtle sweet richness, and pronounced peat. The body isn't heavy but offers a pleasant drinking experience. 【Good/Very Good】 This is the official Arran 2005 for Limburg Whisky Fair, a peated type matured for 8 years. The nuances of short-matured bourbon barrels with emerging components are clearly felt alongside youthful barley notes. Strong peat and dashi-like characteristics were also present. Perhaps due to its lower alcohol content compared to specifications, there's no roughness in mouthfeel. However, the youthfulness is masked by peat, making it a remarkably well-finished bottle despite its specifications.
