Although I had a favorable impression during a tasting event, the publication was delayed. Despite being short-aged and fresh, it carries a distinct character in its aroma. Upon tasting, it offers more diversity than the aroma, with a well-balanced body and craftsmanship. The flavor proved more enjoyable than the aroma, featuring a strong peat with subtle brine notes, reminiscent of the house style with the notation 'We ♡ Caol Ila'. While a young Islay malt, it is stress-free and easy to drink in quantity.
