Upon drinking, it starts with a smooth mouthfeel that expands into complex layers of apricot jam, orange, pear, a subtle viscosity and sweet richness, a balanced malty sweetness, gentle peat, and an excellent balance with a long, satisfying finish. 【Very Good】 This is the official bottling of Talisker's 30 years. While peaty malts are often thought to have difficulty expressing estery maturity, this Talisker clearly conveyed that through its aroma. It did not feel dry or overly matured, with a well-balanced malty character and the characteristic seafood-like essence of an island whisky still present. This is likely due to the skillful cask selection in the official bottling process. When drinking, it offers a diverse range of fruit flavors and a concentrated viscosity, with the malty umami still lingering in balance. The peat is slightly mellow but still clearly present, creating a multidimensional flavor profile with high-level balance.
